I have never had this problem before, and all the drivers are installed.

  1. I’m sorry to hear that and I know that this maybe frustrating for you. There are some factors to be considered why is this happening. Here are some:

    1. You have a bad USB cable
    2. You have a bad USB port on the camera or on the computer
    3. You have a corrupted device driver
    4. You dont have enough battery power
    5. You have a bad memory card.

    To start with this, remove your memory card and make sure that you have a fully charge battery then try every port on your computer or even try using other computer and from there you would know what’s going on. You dont have to be tech to do this. You can use your camera even if without drivers just make sure your using Windows XP.
