Question by benben3501: If I use a Film Use pro Camera lens with a digital pro camera, will it work?
If I use a Film Use pro Camera lens with a digital pro camera, will it work? My dad has a Nikon N2020 and I was wondering if we can just remove the really long lens of the camera and fit it onto a digital Pro. camera's body. The lens is pretty long and kindof expensive but now since digital cameras are here, I dont want to replace the lens. Any help please?

some 35mm SLR lenses will work fine on digital body with same lens mount.
you just might have focus manually

Bret (or whoever would care to answer), whenever I take photos in a room with incandescent bulb lighting, the image comes out WAY grainy, and sometimes unclear when I’m not close to the light source. What’s the best way to do away with that?

I just return mind, this camera does not work, nice feature but it doesn’t take nice picture. I play with it for the holidays and it does not take nice picture. Every picture you take it looks weird on the lcd even when i play with the setting the picture look a bit better. Also outside without the flash and video it does the job but indoor you will be surprise that for a 400$ camera the picture are not what you expect. Bottom line it’s your money do what you want i wish someone had told me .(

Bridge cameras are cameras which fill the niche between the single-lens reflex cameras (SLRs) and the Point-and-shoot camera. They are often comparable in size and weight to the smallest DSLRs, but lack the SLR optical viewfinder system. In addition, SLRs normally feature interchangeable lenses, while current bridge cameras do not.
