What’s the cheapest digital camera with optical/digital viewfinder I can get?

I'm not concerned as to whether used or new. I just want to know what's the cheapest I could get. It would have to have both an optical and digital viewfinder. Also, I need it to take better than okay photos with video and sound. I found a 12mp dslr camera on eBay for 0 made by Protax. Can I go any cheaper?
